It is the sole responsibility of users to ensure the security and maintenance of their personal wallets and verify all generated transactions and contracts before granting approval. It's important to note that since TROGLODYTES' smart contract functions on the Polygon network, it's impossible to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions.

                                         OWNERSHIP

i. When you purchase a Troglodyte Society NFT on the Polygon blockchain, you become the owner of the underlying Troglodyte and its associated artwork. The ownership is established and regulated by the Smart Contract and Polygon Network. The ownership of a Troglodyte cannot be taken away, frozen, or modified at any point.

ii. As long as you comply with the Terms, Troglodyte Society grants you a free, global license to utilize, copy, and display the purchased artwork solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes. You may also use the artwork in a marketplace that allows for the buying and selling of your Troglodyte Society NFT, subject to the marketplace's cryptographic verification of the Troglodyte's ownership. Additionally, you can use the artwork in a third-party website or application that involves or includes your Troglodyte Society NFT, subject to the cryptographic verification of the Troglodyte's ownership. In this case, the artwork must not be visible once the owner of the Troglodyte leaves the website or application.

iii. As long as you comply with the Terms, Troglodyte Society grants you an unrestricted, global license to use, copy, and display the purchased artwork to produce derivative works based on the artwork (Commercial Use). This might include using the artwork to make and sell merchandise such as t-shirts that feature copies of the artwork. These Terms do not prevent you from owning or operating a marketplace that permits the sale and use of Troglodytes, as long as the marketplace ensures the cryptographic verification of each Troglodyte's ownership. Similarly, these Terms do not prevent you from earning revenue from the above activities.
